Resumory is a digital service. Payments for Resumory are processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record).

2. Refunds and consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights depending on your country of residence. Refund and cancellation requests are handled in accordance with the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be refused in cases of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior, as described in the same terms.

3. How to request a refund

You can:

• Use the support/refund link available in your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or
• Sign in to Lemon Squeezy My Orders, or
• Contact us via the contact form and include your account email and the transaction reference from your receipt.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on banks and payment methods.
