Resumory Support and Account Deletion

This is the official public support and account deletion page for the Resumory mobile app.

Delete your account
If you created an account in Resumory, you can request deletion at any time. This page explains how to delete your account and associated data even if you can no longer access the app.
Option 1: Delete your account from the app
- Open Resumory.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm deletion.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Resumory account deletion".
Please include:
- The email address linked to your account
- Whether you use iPhone or Android
- Any detail that helps us identify the account if you no longer have access to the login email
What happens after your deletion request
- Your account is deactivated promptly and login access is blocked.
- Active sessions are revoked.
- Permanent deletion is completed automatically after 30 days.
Data deleted
- Account data, including account-linked identifiers and profile data
- Content data, including resumes, cover letters, and related document data
- Consent records tied to the account
- Technical data tied to AI feature usage for the account
- Session tokens and app access information
Data that may be retained
- A minimal deletion-request record (timestamp and status) for compliance purposes
- Billing, tax, or transaction records when retention is required by law or by Apple / Google payment systems
Important: deleting your Resumory account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings to avoid renewal charges.

Subscriptions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). To cancel, use your device’s subscription settings:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Deleting your Resumory account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel it in the App Store or Google Play to avoid renewal charges.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to Apple’s and Google’s policies. If you think you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we’ll help you identify the purchase and the next steps.
AI features
AI outputs can be inaccurate. Always review generated or rewritten content before using it for job applications. If you see problematic outputs or bugs, send us an example without sensitive information if possible so we can improve.
